CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits act as cancellation fees. If no deposit was made, a 10% service fee will be charged. Appointments that are cancelled, or rescheduled less than 24 hours after will lose their deposit/10% of service fee. All sales of pre-paid treatments, packages, and series are final and non-refundable. Any unused or remaining treatments in a package will not be refunded.
